What to feed my chickens?

Hello, I have no idea what to feed my chickens that is healthy and good for them, they are in a huge pen with a run so they're not out in the open pasture. I need something that will give them all they nead to keep the fat and healthy, something I can get from the feed store. I've been feeding them scratch, cracked corn and oats but I dont think that is healping too much in the healthy department. Thanks

Buy them layer that is 18% or better on protien. Preferbly not a veggi only diet as chicken are omnivors and need meat protien to do well.
