what to feed pigeons

I have been feeding my pigeons scratch grains for as long as I had them (just five months), I only got 1 clutch of eggs. They do have grass, dandelions, and many other naturally growing greens in the aviary and every once in a while I will throw the 30% protein in their mixed with the scratch. Is this enough?

i just got 18 white homers in march and feed them a mix of 50% layer pellets 25% cracked or whole corn (whatever i have on hand) and 25% bird seed mix (white bag with red lettring for TSC) ive been getting tons of eggs and have had at least 6 hens sitting on eggs since early april and have had 3 clutches of chicks hatch with tons more on the way.
