What to feed?

Ok. So I finally found a local feed store that carries game bird starter but they only have a medicated one is that ok to feed my day old quail?

Medicated vs. Non-Medicated is a personal preference for the most part and you'll find opinions on both sides of it.

If it says game bird starter and has 30% protein, it's fine to feed your chicks.

It will work. You can always go to purinas web site and do a dealer seach for your area--- that may reveal more sources for you?
