What to feed?

I have 4 rhode Island hens that are 6 months old and laying. I have 14 week old Americana hens not laying and 4 barred rock that are 10 weeks old all in the same spot. What and how should I feed them?

You can certainly feed them all grower, or most companies make a feed for everyone. All Flock or Flock Raiser are various names. Just offer the layers shells on the side. The younger birds won't show a lot of interest in it usually.

That's what I would do as well.

That's what I do, everyone gets an all in one, oyster shell if shells get thin.
