What are good feeds to feed Coturnix quail ? I am getting a 12 week old pair soon.

just a male and female? chances are the female is going to be way over bred. the ratio should be at least 1:5.

But I agree with game bird feed with oyster shells.

Oh, and +1 on a pair being a bad idea. Your girl will get over bred, which may result in injury at best, and death for her at worst.

If you just get hens you can keep a pair or trio, as long as you aren’t wanting fertile eggs you don’t need a boy. He’ll also crow a lot if he doesn’t have enough lady friends.
