what to look for in a silkie rooster

I have 7 silkie roos and 10 silkie pellets, currently 3 months old, and I only plan to keep one of the roos. I want to keep the best one of the lot and was wondering what qualities make the best silkie roo? Size, shape, color, personality? I know I want one that will treat the pellets/hens good and respect me but as far as looks I'm not sure.... ?!?!? Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!
