Well all of the better ones you mentioned are pretty much the same in both price and quality so you won't go wrong with those. Used ones are Ok also but you must check them out first to see if they can hold temp's and humidity well, just to be sure the thermostat, heating element, and fan works as described. Craigslist and some poultry auctions, or e-bay would be a good place to start your search.
