what to seal my coop with?

I can't use cinder blocks cause I don't have enough head clearance...and Im not too handy

I have a 10 x 10 x 6 converted dog run, and a top wired on it. I will already be stretching the wired top a little cause the deer blind Im using is 6.5 at the tallest point.

It also does not have a particularly sturdy floor...it is just a single sheet of plywood. I would have to create a "solid" foundation for it...I would love to use those flat things (sorry, don't know what they are called) that look like the top of a cinder block, but I only have a couple, and can't afford to buy more right now. I am kinda looking on craigslist to see if anyone is giving stuff away that I can use right now.

I wish I was more handy, this would be tons easier!

I spent today caulking any areas that may be drafty and spraying rustoleum on the floor of the blind. Do I need to spray the bottom that will be sitting on the "ground" as well?

okay, here are the pics as promised.

The windows are quite low....I am considering enlarging them and making them cute, or covering them up and puting some up higher.

The door can be latched shut from the inside or out.

caulked and hopefully draft free

The floor...sprayed down with rustoleum...should I put the coop on it's side and spray the bottom too?

It wouldn't hurt, but I do believe it needs to be off the ground. You will
need some ventilation.

I will have to find a way to get it off the ground and still support the bottom...so far no luck finding used building materials. Are the window cut outs not enough ventilation? I could always cut out spaces at the top, of course all covered w/ 1/2 inch hardware cloth.

From what I see the "wish I were more handy" part just don't fit. Looks to me like you have a great start. The windows to me should be about 5 times the size you have. I couldn't tell but what type ventilation do you have at the top?

I didn't build it, I bought it! Because it is a deer blind, it has nothing other than what you see. I can certainly enlarge the windows though (I think

), and cut ventilation slots at the top. Would a three inch slot down the length of the wall on three sides be enough ventilation?

okay, now Im super worried...it kinda rained while I was at work today. I didn't have the blind under cover cause I have been working on it, and honestly, I really cannot move it on my own...so it sat in the rain un-covered, and un-sealed/painted

I am going to be SO bummed out and devistated if it is ruined...I spent a good chunk of money (for me) on it. Please tell me it is going to be okay tomorrow when I go out to work on it some more! Please?
