What to think!?!?

Hey Luck, were are you in Ontario, Canada?
I am in LaSalle (county area) in Ontario, Canada.
I know people with Quail and rabbits and I have chickens
I also know some one with pet goats... they are kinda looking to rehome them. I said I would take them, but my chickens took over the pen....
Patricia

Edited to add: I was banned once too... so I hatched out more....now I am processing my extra roos (boy they taste good) and the ban has been lifted, as we are producing our own food.

I am in Grey County, and I might have just ordered 1 dozen button Quail that should arrive either today or tomorrow  So I think that I am going with quail now... Thanks for the offer though :) and on the goat issue, I banned goats from our property lol, we had 4 of them and they were little nightmares!! I also think they look kind of funny :D

how dare you say such bad things about poor, sweet, cute, little goats

Haha, I'm just kidding, well, there really are nice goats out there. You deffinitely need to give them a second (or third) chance before you ban them all together. My mom's friend used to have a couple of goats who were horrible... but I got my goat Fred, and he is the total opposite.

But if they are cute.. don't you have trouble making them eatable?
I have processed my first chicken recently and I am really ok with that and eating them.

Bunnies on the other hand... they are soft and fluffy like a kitty... (I think my child hood rabbit pet could have some influence here!! Darn it!)
I will eat them and have.... don't get me wrong.
I just can't see me killing and cleaning them.

Unruly, aggressive, overstimulated cockerels... oh yeah, I see my self killing and cleaning them almost daily....

Ahh, very true. I was thinking the cuteness factor might help Lucky1 get approval to keep rabbits.
