What to use for flooring in duck shed?

I'm building a little shed for my ducks to live in, roughly 8x8. The floor will be wood framed and raised up off the ground a little bit. I'm not sure what to use for the floor. I want something I can easily hose out, it needs to be water proof. I thought about ceramic tile but I think the grout lines would be hard to clean.

Other ideas? Maybe just a piece of outdoor plywood with a heavy coat of floor paint?

I got some sheet flooring from scraps from a local flooring store and put it on the floor and up the sides of the wall about 8 or 10 inches, sealed the sides with 1x3" furring strips to keep poop out from underneath. Makes cleanup easy and I don't worry about boards getting wet and rotting out.

I'm planning on making my flooring out of plywood, painted with some sort of floor sealer, and then peel & stick linoleum tiles to make cleaning simple. The up side is they'll be easy enough to remove if I decide that I hate them.
