What to use to catch a COON in a live trap?

I like your attitude. A 22. never will put a dent in the world's skunk or coon population, and they have pretty pelts too. After loosing 10 birds in a nite I like to use my M1 Carbine. I think the neighbors mite not like it though. 22. is a humane way to protect your birds.

I'm in south texas, 22 LR is down right feminine down here, but the neighbors don't even hear it and it does the job.

I have caught and released plenty of critters, but with all the rabies, I won't take any chances. I need to draw the predator population down some.

I have 22. CB Long, it is hardly a pop gun sound but does the job. I bet down in Texas you have alot bigger pests then South Indy
