What to watch next?

Long running and past seasons on Netflix..." Supernatural " Brothers Sam and Dean are Hunters that seek out every manner of supernatural Bad Guy, Vampires, Ghosts, Demons and in Season 5, attempt to save the world from the Apocalypse after the Seals are broken. Currently in the 11th Season. Action packed and great writters.

Season 2 just ended but " Sleepy Hollow " is a fav. In this modern-day twist on Washington Irving's classic, Ichabod Crane is resurrected and pulled two and a half centuries through time to find that the world is on the brink of destruction, forcing him to team up with a contemporary police officer, Abbie, to unravel a mystery that dates back to the founding fathers.

My Wife, Bev, and I never miss, " Law and Order SVU " Detectives who are part of the NYPD's Special Victims Unit investigate crimes against the vulnerable. While the focus of other shows in the ``Law & Order'' franchise is primarily on murder cases, the SVU detectives frequently deal with rape and assault, in which a survivor assists with the investigation. The series cast of veteran actors includes Mariska Hargitay and rapper Ice-T, and occasional crossover episodes feature detectives from other series including editions of the ``Law & Order'' franchise and as well as ``Chicago PD,'' another series from the mind of executive producer Dick Wolf.

Supernatural is a great one. Is sleepy hollow on netflix?

We watched Supernatural for several seasons, but I think it's just run too long, myself.

Have you watched Firefly? Only one season, but a great show. Joss Whedon, enough said.

Blacklist is pretty darn good. James Spader is amazing in this role. I'm not as hot on the female lead, but it's a good show.

Revolution was good, if you can accept the inconsistencies in the other post-apocalyptic shows, you'll get behind this one too.

Bones is always good. We'd watch it with dinner

.

Leverage was a good, fun show. Snappy writing, action, double crosses and heists.

Person of Interest has a good premise, and Jim Caviezel

The Following will freak you out and always leave you guessing. Kevin Bacon is dependably good, but James Purefoy really shines in this one.

House of Cards is good. I love me some snarky Kevin Spacey.

Hubby is a Marvel Nerd, who would know that it is contagious

Noting that I am in Aus and while up-to-date on some things ‘view just hours after the US’; other things, not so much.

Currently into:
The Flash
Arrow
Homeland

Was into the following but not sure if or when we might see them again:
100
Revolution
The Strain
Sleepy Hollow
The Following
House of Cards
Zoo [TV series based on James Patterson's novel]
Dark Matter

Impatiently awaiting the next season of:
Game of Thrones

Was into but kinda lost interest in because too long and/or 'lost the plot':
Supernatural
Grimm

Huge fan of NCIS … can’t get enough of Leroy Jethro Gibbs!

Hubby is happily watching reruns so he can see Ziva again. Apparently “Bishop is NO Ziva”

So pretty much what everyone else has already mentioned

I just saw episode one of Arrow... I'm definitely gonna start watching this like crazy! Love it already! Thanks everyone, will take other suggestions when I'm not watching Arrow

You're welcome. My wife and I watched the first episode of Limitless last night and really enjoyed it.

The best show currently on tv that nobody is watching:

The Americans - a pair of embedded Russian spies in the 80's in Washington. It's brutal, but wonderfully adult. They try to satisfy their handlers (who sometimes want them to murder people - I said it was brutal), while raising teenagers in America and trying to figure out what they really stand for.

The best show that just ended (boohoo!): Continuum. Scifi series from Canada that turns The Terminator on its head. The protagonist is a female cop in a dystopian 2077 who has to chase some terrorists into the past who are trying to change the future into something not so dystopian. Again, you get to decide - do you root for the police (The Terminator), or the terrorists?

Best thing you can stream: Daredevil on Netflix.

Best thing I'm watching right now and won't be able to review until I've seen all the episodes: The Man in the High Castle on Amazon.

And oh, yeah - I'm still loving Supernatural after all these years.
