What too look for in buying ducklings?

We’re getting 4 older ducklings from a breeder, 3-5mo females depending on which ones we like.
I can’t seem too find anything that would give me advice on how to spot healthy ducks. Since I know nothing about this breeder and whether or not he’s being truthful with how they’ve been raised, fed and the personal health of each of them, I’m reaching out!

Just look for overall good health you would look for in any other animal you buy, but for ducks that might include healthy-looking feathers, no sign of trouble walking and if you plan on breeding no genetic defects such as wry tail, etc.

What breeds? You'll have to post some pictures!

Eyes too they can tell you a lot. They should have no gunk around them. Clear an bright! Means healthy.
