Yesterday, my husband was out behind our property in the woods and found bits and pieces of one of our toms. Although I saw a coyote out back the other day, we are not positive it was the coyote that did this.....Here's the facts: Nacho was a year old tom - average size, the predator had to penetrate our property fencing (field fence) and our pen fencing (hog/cattle panels), the was a lot of blood in the pen, Nacho was dragged through the property fence, but we can't tell how the predator got him out of the pen (over, under, through), the turkeys live with our goats, the predator got Nacho at night, we haven't had this ever happen before, umm, I think that's it. Oh, we have coyote, bobcat, mountain lion, bear, and predator birds in this area. Coyote here are not skittish. So, what do all of you think?
