What treat did your chickies get today?

Oranges. They are coming out of our ears here in Florida. So many, that I tossed a few in the chicken pen. They cleaned them up with nothing left but the peels.

Ha ha ha treats? thats funny.. All my brds get is layer ration scratch grains and the odd compostable treat from the kitchen..Some of these are FUNNY!

I gave my girls scrambled eggs and bananas. The only bad part was as soon as I walked in the coop, one of my hens decided to jump down from the roosts and landed on the plates I was holding so the food went FLYING! And of course most of it landed in their water bucket :/ but they still enjoyed it!
