I hung a small head of cabbage in my run..t.....do you think they liked it???.....heck no, you would have thought I had put a bomb in there! Its been there 3 days and still not touched! They love spinach, cut or torn lettuce leaves, etc, they just don't like change... Mine like yours, are just slow about trying anything but like yours.....they then dive in and are so funny.

That's funny! My girls demolish large heads of cabbage in less than 24 hours!

My chickens were treated to warm weather. It's been so long they almost seem confused by it.

Spinach. They get some form of greens everyday; we call it 'salad time'. Now that clover is growing again in the yard, that gets handpicked too. BTW, they LOVE bell pepper and bell pepper seeds.

chicken veggie soup, spinach leaves (they still haven't touched the cabbage head I hung in the run!), sprinkled with crushed egg shells for their calcium intake if they want it..... Mr. Roo got the same in a small bowl.....

Oatmeal & plain yogurt topped with raw sunflower kernels with a couple of raisins... and a gorgeous roo... Good morning girls!
