What treat did your chickies get today?

Mine are still young-uns (2 1/2 weeks)

, so they got the rest of a scrambled egg mixed with some grit. Up until yesterday, they had only eaten chick starter & grit. They sure do love egg. Being a first time chick mom, I am a bit leery of feeding them too many new things at such a young age. Any suggestions about what I should try next would be truly appreciated? Thanks!

Cleaning out the cabinets today so have 2 lbs of navy beans bought when? cooking up and found some special rice I bought to make rissoto once. There is more than rice in that bag so they will have Mexican Rice and Beans night. I love not having to waste food that is a little past its prime.

Oatmeal w/ raisins, applesauce, peanutbutter, and a couple splashes of ACV. Why must the stand in the pan when I serve them??
