So the day before Easter Sunday my Dad and I were getting some feed for the biddies at rural king, and came across the baby chicks. After a long debate, I was allowed to purchase 2 EE pullets, 2 black Jersey Giants, 1 RIR pullet, and a mystery bantam (which quickly became my favorite chick). Now they're about 11 weeks old, and I still cant figure out what kind of bantam I got. It's definitely a boy, as he regularly practices his squeaky little crows morning, noon, and night. He's itty bity, not even a pound in weight (he was the smallest bantam in the bin when i picked him out). I'm just wondering if anybody has an idea of what breed he is. here's some recent pics of him:
