The plumage colors have a nice slightly dark Cornish look to them, but definately a mix. A very pretty one though!!!

Jerseys have slate colored legs, only yellow is on the soles.

yes, but the base color is yellow, which breeds forward. Especially when bred to another chicken with yellow legs. Austrolorps for instance have pink feet.

Technically, a BGJ has yellow skin, it reflects in the foot bottoms. An Austrolorp has white skin, which reflects in the foot bottoms. Yellow is dominant, I believe.
