What type of chicken is this?

What breed of chicken is this and is this a rooster? This was purchased at TSC as a Cream Legbar but when I searched on line for pictures, the pictures on the internet did not look like this beauty. I have four. Two are large like this big one and the other two smaller with smaller combs. Thanks in advance for helping me to identify my chicken.

Looking like either a Splash Australorp, or Orpington.
Another possibility is a Splash Marans(Clean Legged).

What age?
Does appear to be a cockerel (young male chicken)

The color is called "Splash".
It's two copies of Blue. (Blue Black Splash, BBS for short) if you're interested in the color

Chances are the hatchery was hoovers (where the stores often get the chicks)
They sell a few blue/bbs, but I'm thinking there's a good chance you ended up with "Sapphire Splash" chicks (one of those things where a hatchery "owns" a name of a cross/breed they're selling)

(Edit to add- I THINK they "own" the chicken names Sapphire Splash, Sapphire Gem, etc. I could be wrong.)

Thank you. I looked at the pictures on Hoover’s and the pictures very much resemble our four.
