What type of chicken is very quiet?

So we just moved to a new house and we can finally get chickens! yay!
we have a lot of neighbors, so can anyone reccomend a breed that is quiet and on the small side (not bantam but not too big) that lays pretty good?

There is alot of breeds for quiet, research these and see which would be best or maybe get a mix! these are quiet though, from research and experience:
Australorps, Wyandottes, Brahmas, Cochins, Barred Rock, Mottled Java, Ameraucanas, And Rhode Island Red. Easter Eggers can be quiet, but it kind of depends. Mine are, and alot of other ones, but that's not always and they are a bit more noisy than the others.
