Brabanters have muffs - spitzhauben do not. I think if you could post clearer photos, especially good closeup of head forward showing comb, eyes etc. we could zero in on what mix or ???

Silkie mix explains the dark skin, extra toes, and the crest. Plus, they are way more common than Ayam Cemani or Svart Hona.
