What type of chicken?

So,

I have a 9 month old chicken. Had him/her since hached...I always thought it was a rooster but it never crows, it is still quite small...and it doesn't have a comb. It is full white with a black spot. It's tail sticks straight up. I am just so confused here. Why doesn't it have a comb? I will try to attach a pic tomorrow but does anyone have something similar?

Is it bantam sized? Do you mean that it has a flat comb rather than a 'single' comb that sticks up? A photo would be the best way to ID it.

If it doesn't have a comb, it's probably not a chicken...

SO, Sorry it took me so long to post pictures! But yeah, this is him or her. Not sure. Please let me know if you think it is a hen or rooster? Again, it is about 9 months old.

Did you hatch it? Almost looks like a Leghorn except for its blue shanks and beak...

Yes, I got given fertile eggs from my Aunty and a clucky hen hatched it. But my Aunty can't remember what chicken it was from as she got rid of them all since.
