EE are the exception you have to wait for their first lay to find out egg colour

They are Easter Egger pullets. True Ameraucanas have a set number of color varieties, always have a beard/muffs, and lay blue eggs. Easter Eggers are a mixed breed, usually with Ameraucana somewhere in their backgrounds, that lay colored eggs (blue, green, pink, brown, etc) and can be almost any color. Many hatcheries/stores sell Easter Eggers as Ameraucanas, but they are incorrect.
