What type of chickens are these?

Hey I got some chicks about five months ago from tractor supply and figured most of them out, except for these four. They all are bannies with feather feet. One is pure white, two are gray, and one is like gray splotched. Three are hens and there's one Roo.

They almost have cheek feathers like auracanas and salmon favorolles. Would really appreciate help! :cd
