What type of cockerel is this?

Have never really questioned this before but have started to wonder have had this cockerel since it was born was given it by a farmer who didn’t really know what it was have had a few suggestions and a look on google but I just wondered every one else’s thoughts

Is it tailless....and a bantam?

I’ll try get a better picture of him tomorrow and yes he’s a bantam he does have tail feathers but not like some I’ve seen
