What type of hen is this egg from

My Aussies have not started laying yet so I don't know if their eggs will be speckled or not, and I know nothing of ISAs. It is after midnight here (USA) so maybe we can get some answers in the morning!

I have ISAs and an australorp and if i saw that egg I would assume if was from one of my ISAs. Their eggs are a lighter brown than my australorp and similar to the shade of the one in your pic.

It's hard to know though. Egg shell colour varies so much hen to hen even if they're the same breed.

Yes my 3 ISAs eggs all vary but they're all lighter than my australorp. Hard to know for certain who laid it until you catch them in the act!
