Hi there, hope you are enjoying BYC!I was told this is a gold top but can't find a picture that looks like her??
This is apparently now 22 weeks old, has a little feathering on feet... she is super fast so I've no chance of catching her to look at the soles of her feet but lays really small eggs?? She came from a hen shop lolHi there, hope you are enjoying BYC!
To the best of my knowledge.. that fun looking bird appears to be a barnyard cross. Where did it come from? Clean or feathered legs, how many toes on each foot, color of skin on bottom of feet? Did they tell you the age?![]()
I think she could very well be a gold top. Since they are a cross they all look slightly different.
Gold tops are a UK sex link, buff silkie x bantam light Sussex. Silver cockerels and gold pullets. Kinda surprised one of the US hatcheries haven't done something similar for cute, down sexable bantams.Hi there, hope you are enjoying BYC!
