What type of mealworms?

Soo I am going to get some meal worms for my quails at my local pet smart and I have a few screenshots of some of the options but you can go look your self I just want a recommendation on what to get for my quails and that’s all

I didn't see any screenshots, but the mealworms I give to my quail are BAR-ALE brand, and they're dried. They love them.

But I've heard you can get live mealworms or adult beetles to start a culture of your own

Mealworms are pretty much mealworms.

Yeah ... the mealworms are the larval form of the mealworm beetle "Tenebrio molitor" ☺

You can feed them dried or living... But as always well dosed. And be careful, they can get quite greedy and envyous against eachother. When I feed them, I always relize again, that they are little raptors

I have also a diy mealworm farm, for living ones, but I also give them dried ones.

I gave mine some SUPER WORMS that are live they caught it and don’t worry the SUPPOOORR worms aren’t that big it’s all they had left at the pet store
