She appears to be a non-bearded Buff Silkie (though she might have some other type mixed into her as, I see some blackish feathers).

Looks like a non-bearded Buff Silkie pullet. Like Wyandottes7 mentioned, though, she could have some sort of other variety crossed in. She's cute!
