Yet again another chick that I cant figure out his breed anybody know I think it's a hybrid I think it's a rooster does anybody else agree?

I hatched out eggs from eBay they're from all diffrent breeds I'm thinking it might be a black star but I'm not really sure here's some pictures.

A "black star" cockerel (black sex link) would be barred - males are barred and females are the black overall with copper collars/markings.
I agree with some sort of Marans or Marans mix.
