What type (size/shape) eggs do you incubate?

I read an article that list numerous things to look for in "bad" eggs to hatch. Like too large, too small, odd shaped, etc.

So what eggs do you use?
Do you just grab them and hope for the best?
what your egg hatching ratio?
Notice any difference in the egg shapes and hatchablility?

Getting ready for next year when I hope to have my incubator built and ready to use.
