Hi all! I have been scouring the web to figure out what kinds of chickens these are. Your input is very appreciated!

The first 2 are the same chicken. He has 5 toes but I think to that is a genetic defect. All were purchased from hatcheries and a few are straight run.

The one in the last picture is a black sumatra. The chick in the third picture looks like a barnevelder. The chick in the sixth picture looks like a campine. The first chicken could be a barnevelder becaus of the lacing, but I'm not sure. The others could be black stars.

Thank you so much! I was thinking barnevelder for #3 but her legs don’t look yellow enough. For #6 I wasn’t sure because I can’t tell what type of comb she has yet and I couldn’t find a campine or Hamburg with a black face (and without white ears which may come in later). I think you’re right about the black stars; a lot of the pictures of them look different. How can you tell a Sumatra?

How can you tell a Sumatra?
Because of the all black skin on her comb and face. There are only a few chickens with this trait, and only two kinds are avaliable in major hatcheries (ayam cemani and sumatra). She looks more like a sumatra than an ayam cemani, and the sumatra is more common in hatcheries than the ayam cemani.

x2.
