What vaccines do I need?

I will be expanding my flock. I'm talking two-three hundred roosters and chickens next year.

This year was horrible. I hatched about 100 birds and have about 70 left. The 30 that died mainly died of lack of food, since I left them about 30 a group (probably should've put 15 per group). About 10 died of disease. I contracted a new disease in my farm. ONLY ONE eye of many baby chicks would shut closed, but they would not die. Instead I treated them and you can hardly tell they even had the disease. I looked it up and it looks like mycoplasma rather than Marek's.

But here's the thing; I order 50 Easter eggers off cackle hatchery and they were all vaccinated for Marek's. NONE OF THEM got sick with the disease I mentioned earlier.

I know my birds will be carriers of the virus so I want to inject them with Marek's disease for next year. I also want to inject them for Cocci. And apart from all this, I want to give them LS-50 medicine as chicks.

My two main questions
1. Are there any other vaccines I need since I will have a huge flock?
2. Injecting the chicks with these two different vaccines and giving them LS-50 be bad for them in the near future? will they die since I gave them too much medicine?

This is just my opinion, but I would get a few chickens tested or sacrifice them for a necropsy to confirm MG or whatever disease they had. Then I would wait until all of your remaining birds are gone to consider adding new birds to your flock. You will just be continuing to keep the disease going from now on. Vaccines are not the way to go, but I do agree with having chicks given the Mareks vaccine if possible. It needs to be given as day old chicks, and the hatcheries have a better vaccine than what we can buy online. You will probably get many differing opinions, but it is best to start out with healthy birds before adding new ones. MG and coryza only remain alive on equipment and clothing for 2-3 days after all birds are gone, so it is possible to start over some day. Other viral diseases may last longer. Thank you I will look into that. I did not know the vaccines hatcheries had were way better. Do you know of any online store that has the best vaccine? And I really can't start over with my flock because my birds are very expensive.

In California up to 2 necropsies (autopsies of chickens) are done free per year. If you lose or cull another chicken, I would ship the refrigerated body in to the state vet or poultry testing center.

When you buy vaccines, you also may need to purchase coolers, syringes and needles, and cold packs to keep it from getting warm. Some places reccommend express shipping ($$$) to get it there fast.
