Easter eggers are for the most part a mixed breed. They come in many colors, so there isn't technically any separate varieties.

Easter Eggers don't have specific names for colorations. Genetically, your girl would be a wild-type partridge with the Blue dilute gene, the Melanotic gene producing the dark head, and Dark Brown removing the patterning through the chest.
