What Variety?

So I'm not so good when it comes to identifying male varieties.
He's a Bantam Cochin, but not show quality.
Any help/advice is much appreciated.

Mine looks just like him, Birchen. Though mine has white feather tips on his chest. Maybe I don't know what mine is.

I believe he'd be called birchen, although he looks very gold vs silver. Is he that yellow in person?

Eh, it's faintly yellow.
