What veggie and seeds do quails want

I bought my quails new home veggie holder and seed peck toy but what should be put what veggies grass and so on do they eat and what seed

Millet they love seed-wise.

They also love alfalfa sprouts and sunflower sprouts.

Any leafy greens they should try. Mine particularly like Swiss Chard.

What about seed is it just millet any corn? So on

I've never tried them on corn but it would have to be kibbled. I've given them budgie seed before and they'll pick out what they like.

Since were on the subject on this thread o.o i hear a lot about cuddle bones would any bird cuddle bone or parrot or cockatoo o.o kind work u see were I'm going with this lol o.o and if so do i break it for button quail ?
