Below is a link to the audio (video too but all you see is our front house, my dog, and me half asleep without my glasses on to see where I am going!). We were woken up at 4 AM to the sound of something getting killed and struggling. Ofcourse we thought it was the chickens. My husband busted out the window screen and yelled to scare it away. I got up and went outside with my dog. The chickens were totally fine thank goodness but that sound continued for atleast two minutes...just the worst suffering sound. It happened behind our house in the thick trees. Anyone know what it is from the sound on the audio? We have turkey, deer, and plenty of rabbit here so I was thinking one of those? Not sure. My neighbors think it was coyotes killing a rabbit. All I know is it was awful! I could never get used to that sound but I'm sure I'll hear it again.

A neighbors dog crawled underneath the tiny crawl space of our house and killed my pet rabbit that ran and hid from it. The poor things screams stuck with me for years.
