Just wonderin'. Mine happened to be Ameraucana, Black Orp., and a mix breed runt.

They were so darn cute!

Red Frizzle Cochin hen, Self Blue OEGB roo, not sure the breed of the roo, not sure again of the breed of another roo, and a BR hen.

I started out with McMurray's rainbow layers. Mostly Barred Rocks.

I then branched out and had a LOT of variety.

Having owned many breeds/varieties, I've settled down to raise Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas.

Sent in my dues to the ABC this weekend.

Two naked neck hens from a breeder. Best laying hens in my flock.

Two Buff Orpingtons, three Rhode Island Reds, three Silver Laced Wyandottes and two Barred Rocks. Added four guineas six months later, then added a Barred Rock rooster when the first bunch were ten months old and it snowballed.

my first as an adult buying was Cochin. they are so lovable.

A bantam Barred Rock about 18 years ago. Then mixed breeds from auction, and then I was taken to a show, and the rest is history.
