'65 Plymouth Valiant. Mom and I bought it in 1984 for $450 from the lady who'd bought it new off the showroom floor. Mom was hit in a convenience store parking lot, then a few months later, it saved my baby's life in an accident where a tuna boat made a left turn in front of me at a stop light. If it hadn't been for the HUGE steering wheel, the baby would have taken the brunt of the impact from the wheel.

Next up was an old junky Datsun station wagon with a starter button that I hit a total of 27 times one morning before it started.

Since then, I've driven everything from a '65 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup (which I LOVED) to my '98 Toyota Sienna. I adore my van, but I SO much want a truck again!

First car was a 1982 Chevy Silverado, great working truck and hauls my horses all over the state for a couple of years until I had to downsize horses and moved into city. Next was a Taurus, wonderful car and put in many, many miles until I traded in for my Dodge Dakota, another wonderful little truck that can! Lost the Dakota due to bankruptcy and job loss, then got a Voyager van, wondeful van that hauls our hobbies and chickens without a complaint! Now we are a proud owner of Dodge Caravan sport, wondeful van, a little smaller than Voyager but great on gas miles for the same job!

Never had a bad lemon yet!

My first car was an 88? Dodge shadow, Light blue and really rusty, equipped with flinstone emergency brake aka hole in the floor. It got me to where i needed to go for next to nothing for a few months, until the exaust started leaking and the car smoked and backfired alot LOL. I eventually was banned from all drive thrus because of the exaust. People hated me on the hyw's because i could only get er up to about 50 if i was lucky and the vibration didn't shake me off the road. Ahhh yes ... good times
