i just told about my goggomobil that i had to shake to mix oil and gas , and think you had a disaster car. My car had no seatbelts, radio and could be carried by four strong guys.

I think mine had seatbelts but I know the radio didn't work. Well, that isn't entirely true... you could get some really cool static on the AM.

Oh, and I noticed that Dash gracefully left out telling about the big white circle on the roof of my very blue car. Did you know that if you mix moonshine and a Dairy Queen Mr. Misty you have to drink it really fast or it would eat through the cup? And just so you know, it only takes a moment for said moonshine to also eat through the paint on my car. Try explaining that to Pop at 16 years old...

And Aunt Nova is a framed obituary that my very, very, DH purchased for $2 at the fleamarket and hung in my best friend's house without her knowledge.

I probably would have done the same thing, but I couldn't stop laughing long enough to speak, much less make a purchase transaction.

Dear, dear Aunt Nova..."Who will buy my memories?"

Well Dash will buy your memories for $2....and then hang them in someone elses house for free. I hope Aunt Nova enjoys the ride. She had nice hair.

Now that I see it in print, NO... not stupid at all.

The woman in the obituary was really named Nova, and we had to come up wth some sort of story for when the discovery was made. (Didn't figure it would take too long, she was hanging over the mini beer fridge) Funny though, the mother-in-law was the first to notice. We decided it would be much more interesting NOT to tell her and she's still trying to place poor ole Aunt Nova.

I think Aunt Nova was of Gypsy Heritage. She seems to have a bit of traveler in her. Poor girl can't seem to settle down. Did I mention that her hair was spec-tak-U-lar. Jus' sayin'.

I double dog dare you to arrange shipping for "Poor Misplaced George" He will have a hallowed place in my backyard. However.....two weeks later he will have a hallowed place where ever Aunt Nova is resting her BEAUTIFUL hair.

Come to think of it...We should hook them up...I see a wonderful relationship on their horizon. Dead on true LUV is in the air. George & Nova 2 Getha 4 Evah.

Mine was a gorgeous maroon 1976 Chevy Monte Carlo.
Unfortunately, I didn't have my license at the time (I was almost 16), and my parents decided to seperate. Dad decided to sell MY car. I ended up with a '79 blue-as-could-be Chevette as my first 'driving' car!
