We woke up to this 20" snowfall this morning and it won't stop till tomorrow - another 6" + coming!

ETA: For reference - that fence you see is a 4 foot fence.

Yeah, I sent my DSD a text this morning about our snow. She lives north of Jacksonville. She was stunned that we got snow and they didn't.

Here's what it looks like at our house currently. Hopefully, they came out ok, It's still snowing heavily. The snow is up to my hips in spots, even with snowshoes on, it isn't easy getting around.

Looking North down the path... Some trees have to be cleared out in spring whenever that comes. LOL

Looking West, and the front of the chicken house. I have to keep door closed today. Otherwise the inside would be filled with snow. Those are very large pines. ( Not the biggest either. ) The snow over that area is almost waist high.

Looking Northwest, It's just blanket of white even past the trees. I'm sure the snow is deep there, since not many trees to block the drifts.

And looking South....

Riley ( grey hound/ great dane) and Sophie the day before yesterday playing in the snow.
