It's snowing heavily AGAIN ( It has been at our house all week.) However, Today is slightly different.....Wind is at 30mph, snowdrifts at least 3 feet. The weatherman this morning didn't even bother giving totals.

He said..."It will be impossible to measure, we're getting more snow folks". I been snow shoeing out to our chicken house to keep the door clear of snow. It just keeps blowing more snow up against it.

I'll try to snap a picture when I go back out there soon. My neighbor is a horse trainer, and he's about to ready to snap I think. Poor guy. We've got so much snow, the horses don't even want to go out. I think my chickens are going bonkers stuck inside the coop. The try to venture out, but realize the snow is WAY too deep.

Oh my goodness. What a beautiful view you have. I am jealous!

Maybe when we retire I'll be able to live in the country. But for now, I'm "stuck" here in PA! Oh well!!

This is the longest we've had snow just sit on the ground too. Even the big snows a couple years ago melted fairly quickly. But the weather has been colder and it just freezes and then like last night we had about 1/2 inch cover everything. But if I had your view it would be worth it

I keep telling my DH I want out of here so maybe someday. Always someday

We are in the middle of another snowstorm. We have had 5 inches so far and it is still snowing with 20 mph winds to make is worse. I am so sick of this I could

We got a huge storm our way- and ended up with all rain, you would think that would be better, but with all the snow we already had, no place for the rain to go!

Everything is flooded, huge pot holes and wash out, and the wind was so brutal, power outages and branches down.

I'll be glad when it's spring! and I'm a winter type girl but this just plain stinks!
