What website do you use to keep a blog?

I would like to make a blog. Last year was TERRIBLE and some really bad things happened to me, and this year I am going to make the best year ever. I want to record everything in a blog to look back on, and for others to read if they wish. I need it to be free and pretty easy to use.

What do you reccomend?
