What went wrong? Suggestions on how to improve?

First of all thank you for the feedback and encouragement. I just got done with the third try and it was a charm. I made the following changes, I upped the temp a bit, pulled those plugs for ventilation and went with less humidity. I put the eggs in the incubator at 5pm which I count as day 0. On day 20 woke up to five already hatched. The whole day they kept hatching and by the end of the day I had 24. I admit I was like a gambler upping my bet after each loss (or upping the number of eggs after each fail). Just under 90%, thank you guys for all the feedback and to the forum for some great learning.
