What will I get? Any ideas? Blue trout males and blue hens. Thought all my Blue trout hens were laying but I was wrong

I think if you cross blue with blue you will get a combo of blue and silver.

I was just about to post the same question because Im getting eggs from you this week! That's too funny. I asked in a Facebook group and they said "25% silver bibbed 25% black bibbed and 50% blue bibbed". But I don't think they are right

I did the colour calculator and silver, blue and black bibbed is what will come out of these guys. I asked the lady that knows a lot about color genetics and this is how she explained it......

If you breed a white with your blue trouts I think you get mallard or trout babies. And if you breed a trout back to these babies that are going to hatch you will get trouts and bibbed I believe too

I looked it up in the book. If I'm reading this right blue x blue will yield a ratio of 1 black 1 silver and 2 blue.

Interestingly trout and saxony and buterscotch are all the same.
