What will the egg color be?

That explains the pea comb then. Does he really have feathered legs or is it an optical illusion. All of those breeds are clean legged.

I would imagine he will carry the blue egg shell gene and the white egg shell gene and depending on if it is a true ameraucana or an EE possibly some brown coating genes. I think it gets beyond my abilities to predict once you bring in the Isbar, but I would guess that you will get mostly green egg layers. You would need to cross to a dark egg layer like a Marans or Welsummer to get olive.

Yep, his feet are feathered! I’m guessing I’ll get blue or blue green eggs...I don’t mind not getting olive, but I’m hoping to get something a bit more aqua or mint colored. I guess we’ll see!
