i have a pair of pigeons i have put together they are among the last of my indian fantails and i was wondering yall got any idea what yall think they will look like

Random Unscientific guess here! Considering I have no idea what I'm talking about! First off I think it will be a medium sized baby primarily the purple black color with many cream spots! Regardless the girly answer is that it'll be cute! Both the parents are really nice! Who is the dad?

When it comes to genetics with little background of their family tree of either parent in my opinion you are rolling the dice on every hatch. I have pure white doves as parents. Look at these results:





I also have on bird with a splash of black about the size of a tennis ball. As a rule of thumb most of the offspring are solid whites. I must admit.

yes the female is a fantail and i dont know about the female but the male and his last mate looked the same along with there parents

lol I know shes a fantail. But you said earlier they were INDIAN fantails so I was wondering if you meant both were. So I would know what mine is, because when you try to look it up there are SOOOOOOOOOO many variations I can't tell

well yews they both are the way you can tell is Indian fave feathered legs and a small crest
