Our roo is a mix of Silkie and D’Uccle, has the beard, Silkie feather undercoat in winter (black, it peeks out from her saddle feathers when it’s grown in), and 5 toes on one foot, 4 on the other.

Could of been the mother was the Silkie and the father was the Mille. That is all the guy has ever owned so unless something is lurking the background of his chickens...??????? But none of the Silkies were mottled just the typical white Silkie.
Sorry the parents are long gone, so is the fellow who had them and Simon is nearing 10 himself. I think he looks pretty good for his age.
