What work gloves do you recommend for catching chickens?

Looking to get some work gloves for my workers. They need to fit well and protect them from chicken beaks attacking their hands when they try to catch the chicken. My worker showed me where he has been cut by beaks when trying to catch chicken. The gloves we have are too loose so want a better fitting yet protective pair... any ideas?
